Project Overview

Chemie-Tech is providing FEED and detailed engineering for Fleet Energy’s bulk petroleum storage terminal at East Port Said, within Egypt’s Suez Canal area. The assignment defines the engineering basis for a 620,000 m³ multi-product terminal, covering storage, transfer and associated terminal systems. Concept engineering has been completed and detailed engineering is in progress.

Project Context

A multi-product terminal of this scale has to resolve storage configuration, product movement, operability and constructability early. The engineering basis set during FEED and detailed engineering shapes the boundary conditions for everything that follows.

Chemie-Tech Role

Chemie-Tech is providing FEED and detailed engineering for tankage, transfer systems, utilities and terminal layout.

Delivery Status

Concept engineering has been completed, and detailed engineering is in progress.

Verified Scope

  • Front-end engineering and design (FEED)
  • Detailed engineering
  • Multi-product storage configuration (620,000 m³)
  • Transfer and associated terminal systems
  • Terminal layout and plot plan definition
